Fownd has a great project history, but we don't just undertake the tasks usually associated with Project Management. We take elements of day-to-day business and give them a project structure. So, for example, office moves, the merging of departments or companies or event management.

Fownd use the Prince 2© processes for managing its projects. Prince 2© is a scalable concept in Project Management, so it can be used for any size project. It is relatively straightforward to get very positive results using the well proven methodology. By establishing clear key initiation points we ensure a successful adoption within the project team.

- Process definition - a document set which clearly defines the activities, roles, and procedures for your specific project
- Governance - ensuring a level of control through reporting, review, auditing, and risk management
- Strategy management - providing a framework for defining and maintaining strategic objectives

- Customer relationship - redefining the procedures for engaging with you and the business
